Shipping Policy
Orders placed before 2:30 pm are usually dispatched within 2 day from our location in Pakistan.
Free Shipping:
DOMESTIC: Free standard shipping for orders over PKR 5000
INTERNATIONAL: Free standard shipping for orders over PKR 50,000
Delivery Timeline:
Delivery times are estimates starting from the date of dispatch. In some areas of Pakistan, delivery services may be limited, and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by remote locations or adverse weather conditions. We will make every effort to ship your order promptly. However, please note that processing may be slightly delayed during peak seasons (holiday seasons, promotions, and sales).
Signatures and Contactless Delivery:
Customers are typically required to sign for their deliveries, though our delivery partners can accommodate contactless options if requested. Please be aware that our service does not include named delivery, so any person present at the delivery address may sign for the package. We are not responsible for lost or missing orders signed for within a shared building or office space.
Attempted Deliveries and Returns:
If no one is available to sign for delivery, the driver will make up to three delivery attempts on consecutive business days. If the package remains unclaimed after five days without communication, it will be returned to our warehouse.
Eco-Friendly Packaging:
During peak sales periods, your order may be shipped in eco-friendly packaging. Items are wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in a 100% recyclable, discreet brown box without indication of its contents. Unfortunately, we do not offer or sell gift packaging.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your order during peak sales periods.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At Drizzn, we currently do not offer standard international delivery. However, for large orders, we may arrange special international shipping upon request.
Please note:
- All international shipments are DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Orders may be subject to import taxes, fees, and duties, which are assessed upon arrival in the destination country.
- Customers are responsible for any customs clearance charges and local import fees (such as duties or taxes) that may apply. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific regulations and fees before placing an order.
- For undeliverable international packages that are returned to us, customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Customs authorities may inspect cross-border shipments.
REFUND POLICY
Returns & Exchanges are accepted on unworn items within 7 days of order receipt. Items must be received within 7 days.

Once your request is received, please specify if you want an exchange or refund. Securely pack items and send them using an insured carrier:

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied. If you need to return an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition they were received: worn, altered, or washed, with all tags attached. Customers will receive a full refund minus shipping. Merchandise returned without original packaging will not be refunded.
Replacements at no cost to you will be sent promptly in the event of damaged or defective merchandise. Free return shipping is provided for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned COD will not be accepted.
Once a return has been received (within a specified time), a credit or refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Customers will be notified by email when a return is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction.
